Additionally, she drove the consolidation and replacement of home-grown demand planning applications. Prior to taking on leadership roles within the Retail Industry Ms. Baldwin was an Associate Partner with IBM Global Business Services. In her ten years with IBM she led many HR, Finance and Merchandising ERP implementations. Additionally, she spent several years working with Tiffany & Co. developing a global ecommerce platform and product information tool which are currently leveraged today to support over 60 sites (i.e., ecommerce, mobile, informational, employee store). Ms. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Georgia State University and is a member of the National Retail Federation CIO Council. She is also on the Board of Directors for Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co.
